Meet Nathan

A considered, personal approach to naturopathy

Nathan brings more than twenty years of naturopathic practice to each consultation, taking the time to listen carefully and understand the person sitting in front of him.

Consultations consider health history, nutrition, lifestyle, digestion, sleep and the practical realities of everyday life. Recommendations are individualised rather than based on a one size fits all protocol.

Nathan works alongside GPs, midwives, paediatricians, specialists and other members of your healthcare team where appropriate.

The approach

Personalised care built around real life

Every consultation starts with understanding the individual, rather than applying a standard protocol.

Nathan works alongside your GP, midwife or specialist, not around them.

Health is interconnected within a family. Supporting one member can often influence routines and wellbeing throughout the household.

Consultations consider your health history, lifestyle and personal goals, with practical recommendations designed to fit realistically into everyday life.

Naturopathy, clinical nutrition and herbal medicine may form part of the naturopathic approach where appropriate.

Children with additional needs

Many of the children who come to the clinic have been diagnosed with autism, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or developmental delay by a doctor, paediatrician or psychologist. Those families are very welcome here, and Nathan has seen a great many of them over twenty years of practice.

It is worth being plain about what an appointment is. Naturopathy does not treat, change, reverse or cure autism, ADHD or developmental delay, and a consultation here is not a substitute for the care your child already receives. What an appointment covers is everyday ground-level health that any child may need help with — feeding difficulties, a very limited range of foods, constipation and
